Description
Frosty, Untoned 1919 Half Dollar, MS64
1919 50C MS64 PCGS. Most of the limited mintage of 1919-P halves went into circulation in the postwar U.S. economy. Today the near-Gem level of the present coin is considerably finer than most examples seen, and Gems are infrequently found. This piece boasts both an excellent strike and radiant frosty luster over silver-gray surfaces that show little evidence of color.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24PY, PCGS# 6577, GSID# 6701)
