Prized 1919-D Walking Liberty Half, AU53
1919-D 50C AU53 NGC. With a low mintage of 1.1 million pieces, the 1919-D Walking Liberty half dollar is considered an important find, even in circulated grades. The present coin shows only the slightest wear on the high points of the design, with a better-than-average strike for the issue, although the usual weakness is seen on the obverse center.
