Description
Popular, Low-Mintage 1921 Half, MS64
1921 50C MS64 PCGS. The 1921 half's mintage of 246,000 pieces catches most collector's attention. But a higher percentage of 1921s were set aside than, say, the 1921-D or S and it not the absolute or condition rarity these two issues are. The mint luster on this piece is exceptional and each side has an even, light layer of gray-russet toning. The strike is sharp and there are only minimal, small abrasions present. From The Helen Gates Kirk Collection.(Registry values: N2998)
