Description
Remarkably Lustrous AU58 1921-D Half
1921-D 50C AU58 PCGS. The 1921-D is a well-known rarity in this widely collected series. While most of the attention is focused on coins in mint condition, especially those in MS63 and better grades, those pieces are not for everyone. This piece represents excellent value. The surfaces retain almost complete mint luster and visually it would blend in well with an otherwise Uncirculated set. The strike is strong for the issue, and the centers are almost brilliant with golden-blue accents surrounding the rims.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24R7, PCGS# 6584, GSID# 6723)
