1921-S 50C XF40 NGC. The 1921-S Walking Liberty half dollar
claims a modest mintage of just 548,000 pieces and relatively few
high-quality examples were saved by contemporary collectors.
Accordingly, the 1921-S is an elusive issue in high grade and a
sought-after key to the popular series. This impressive XF specimen
shows light-to-moderate wear on the strongly impressed design
elements, which remain complete in outline, with much interior
detail still intact. The pleasing jade-gray surfaces are lightly
