1923-S Half Dollar, Toned MS64
Challenging San Francisco Date

1923-S 50C MS64 PCGS. Both sides exhibit mottled russet-gold and iridescent toning, but most of its appears on the obverse across the right side. On the reverse, the toning clings to the right border. The remainder of the coin is mostly brilliant. Well preserved with minimal marks, and some central strike softness on the eagle and Liberty's figure is typical of the date.(Registry values: N2998)
