Description

Vibrant Gem 1933-S Walker

1933-S 50C MS65 NGC. Medium chestnut-gold toning overlies the lustrous silver-white surfaces of this splendidly preserved Gem. Well struck, particularly for a San Francisco issue. 1933 was the trough year of the Great Depression, which explains both the low mintage and the scarcity of high grade survivors. Encased in a former generation holder.(Registry values: N2998)
