Description
Scarce 1935-S Gem Half Dollar
1935-S 50C MS65 PCGS. The 1935-S is relatively scarce in MS64 and higher, with fully struck devices (Bruce Fox, 1993). The Gem we offer in this lot has sharply defined gown lines, but exhibits the usual softness in the centers. Silver-gray surfaces display pleasing luster, and a few minor obverse handling marks are in line with the grade designation. From The Mario Eller Collection, Part One.(Registry values: N1793)
