Description
1939-D 50C MS67 NGC. 1939-D half dollars can be located through MS65, and even Premium Gems are obtainable with a little patience. MS67 examples are more elusive, and finer-graded coins are rare. An arc of deep green, gold, and purple toning rests along the left obverse border of this Superb Gem. Lustrous surfaces exhibit sharply struck motifs, including good definition on Liberty's left hand and adjacent branches. Well preserved on both sides.
