Description
Amazing MS68 1941 Walking Liberty Half
The Ultimate Type Coin
1941 50C MS68 PCGS. The 1941 and 1943 are generally regarded
as the best-produced coins in the Short Series for use as a type
coin, even though the 1946-D is more available. This is an
absolutely splendid example. The devices are fully struck on each
side, and the bright mint luster has a pale overlay of color on
each side that varies from ice-blue to pale rose. The surfaces are
virtually perfect. Predictably, there are no finer examples that
have been certified at either of the major services. Population: 13
