1941-S Walking Liberty Half, MS66+
Lustrous High-End Branch Mint Piece
1941-S 50C MS66+ PCGS. This is a beautiful high-end Premium
Gem struck in San Francisco, showing brilliant, luminous silver
luster on well-struck design elements. The 1941-S is a quality
issue of almost 8.1 million strikes and is plentiful through MS66.
Plus-graded pieces such as this one can be located with patience,
but higher grades are scarce as PCGS reports just 26 numerically
finer (4/26). Only minor softness is seen on Liberty's branch hand,
and a tiny set of reed marks is noted in front of the eagle.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24S5, PCGS# 6613, Greysheet# 6752)
