Description
1935-D Washington Quarter, MS67+
The Sole Finest Certified
1935-D 25C MS67+ PCGS. For the Registry Set collector, this
coin is quite literally the ultimate when it comes to the 1935-D
Washington quarter; it is the single finest-certified example of
the date, if only by a Plus margin, and is therefore nearly half of
a grade point finer than the coin represented in the current
highest-rated Registry Set. The sheer quality, however, transcends
the technical aspects of the grade, as the visual appeal is equally
exceptional. Varying shades of soft toning encompass each side in
virtually the entire color spectrum, though the obverse shows
dominant hues of olive-gold and amber-red. Beautifully preserved
with well-defined design elements.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 244E, PCGS# 5798, Greysheet# 5650)
Weight: 6.25 grams
