    Third-Lowest Mintage of the Series

    1937-S 25C MS67 PCGS. CAC. The 1937-S claims the third lowest mintage (1.6 million pieces) of the Washington quarter series behind the 1932-D and 1932-S keys. The present well-struck Superb Gem exhibits mottled lavender, crimson, yellow-green, orange-gold, and tan toning. Both sides are impeccably preserved and yield great eye appeal. Population: 41 in 67 (3 in 67+), 0 finer. CAC: 9 in 67, 0 finer (1/17).
    Ex: Houston Signature (Heritage, 12/2013), lot 3622, which realized $4,700.(Registry values: N991) (NGC ID# 244M, PCGS# 5805)
