1938-S 25C MS67+ PCGS. CAC. For Registry purposes, this
Plus-graded 1938-S Washington quarter is unsurpassed in a PCGS
holder. The strike is sharp, and the satiny surfaces yield a hint
of pale champagne toning. The obverse appears pristine, while two
small ticks on the reverse eagle are apparently the only
grade-limiting factors. Population: 91 in 67 (6 in 67+), 0 finer.
