Lightly Toned MS68
1939 25C MS68 PCGS. This pristine coin is lightly toned in
barely perceptible pastel shades and scarcely marked, a coin with
flowing, frosty luster approaching perfection. After extensive
perusal, we only see one tiny contact mark on Washington's upper
neck, although it is far from overt. One of the finest graded at
either leading service. Population: 26 in 68, 0 finer
