    1942-S 25C MS67 PCGS. Lovely lemon, sky-blue, and golden-brown colors frequent the borders of this highly lustrous and crisply struck Superb Gem. The reverse is immaculate, and the obverse is nearly as well preserved. Trumpet tail mintmark, one of two mintmark styles in use at San Francisco for 1942. The 1942-S is a decidedly better date within the forties, especially in Mint State. Population: 21 in 67, 1 finer (1/05).(#5819) (Registry values: N491) (NGC ID# 3TEN, PCGS# 5819)
