Superb Gem 1963 Quarter
None Finer at PCGS
1963 25C MS67 PCGS. A second example in this top-notch
condition, one of nine at PCGS with none finer (3/13). This frosty
silver-white piece is untoned and shows straight die-polishing
lines. A loupe reveals a couple of tiny charcoal areas, scarcely
visible with the naked eye. No mentionable contact
