Description
1964 Quarter, Attractively Toned MS67+
Top-Grade PCGS Registry Coin
1964 25C MS67+ PCGS. 30th Anniversary Green Label Holder.
The 1964 Washington quarter is an overlooked rarity in top
condition at PCGS, the grade level in which Registry Set collectors
seek this issue. The present coin is one of only a handful of
Plus-graded MS67s at that service with none finer. The strike is
sharp, and the frosty luster appears nearly pristine beneath a
loupe. The obverse showcases a swath of beautiful rainbow toning
across the upper-left border, while the reverse is cast in soft
hues overall. Population: 25 in 67 (4 in 67+), 0 finer
(11/16).(Registry values: N208)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 246U, PCGS# 5876, Greysheet# 5645)
