present 1968-D quarter is one of just 13 pieces certified by PCGS
as MS68 (3/19) with none finer. The NGC Census summit is similarly
at the MS68 level. As demanded by the lofty grade, the lustrous
surfaces appear devoid of contact. The sole imperfection is a small
