1964 25C MS67+ PCGS. A boldly struck example with vibrant
satin luster and multicolor toning, which leans toward
golden-russet and olive hues. A few tiny ticks on the eagle's
breast and legs are not bothersome. The 1964 Washington quarter is
scarce in Superb Gem condition and rare in this grade with a Plus
designation. The present coin is tied for the finest certified at
