1869 Napoleon I Birth Centennial. Gilt, 50.5 mm, 49.2 gm. Obverse: heroic bust of Napoleon. Reverse: crowned eagle, wreath, Napoleon hat and sword above Napoleonic code. The cheek and fields are typically abraded. The obverse (hammer die) is rotated double struck, the reverse (anvil die) shows no doubling.Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 661260)
