1904 Philippines Peso, MS66
Scarce Low-Mintage Issue
1904 Philippines Peso MS66 PCGS. The first-year 1903 peso
has a mintage of 2,788,901 pieces, but its 1904 successor is much
scarcer, since only 10,000 commercial pieces were struck, along
with 1,355 proofs. This boldly struck Premium Gem exhibits rich
golden-brown, cobalt-blue, and lavender patina with the deepest
shades on the reverse. Population: 7 in 66, 1 finer (7/16).Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 90383, GSID# 26000)
