"It has been a very positive experience working with Sarah Miller from Heritage and her team. It was under very challenging times for me to start this process, after my beloved husband had passed away. First we were able to communicate with Michelle Castro and her team ,in virtual meetings ,so Heritage could have an idea of what we had to offer. I provided as much information over as I could. I actually had to speed up the process due to an upcoming trip. So I called Sarah and asked if there was anyway someone could come to my house on a few days’ notice and take my husband’s notes and coin collection. I also asked if there was anyway someone could take a look on the sports memorabilia as well. Sarah was here at my house 3 days later with her assistant and worked for hours without any breaks only to drive back to NY with my husband’s collection the same day. The timing was everything, as Sarah explained how the collection would fit on Heritage’s future auction schedule. It has been a very smooth process and we are getting to the end of it very soon.
